The Peridoser Tubing is replacement tubing for the Bluelab Peridoser pumps. It is easy to replace. No other types of tubing should be used.

The tubing requires replacement approximately every 18 months to 2 years to ensure reliable performance.

Peridoser Tube Lube

For Peridoser

The tube lube is required for lubricating the tubing every six months and when replacing the tubing.

It is a specialised silicone grease and is the only grease that can be used to lubricate the Peridoser Pumps.

Dosetronic Sample Board

This is a chamber where the probes are placed into the dosing system to keep them safe from damage and allow for easy cleaning and calibration.

pH Probe Storage Cap

For Bluelab pH Probe

pH probes need to kept moist at all times. If they dry, they die!

To keep the pH probe wet simply place a small amount of tap water (never distilled or deionised) or pH 4.0 solution into the storage cap and place the cap back onto the probe tip after each use.

Each solenoid is supplied with a flow restrictor to reduce the flow rate for dosing into small tanks. This ensures each dose will not change the conductivity or pH by more than 0.1 EC or 0.1 pH, which avoids the risk of overdosing.

Each solenoid is able to dose up to 50ml/min if the flow restrictiors are removed.

Bluelab Alarm and External Lockout Box

1. It has an internal alarm built in which can be disabled from the inside of the box if required.
2. An external alarm (horn or flashing light) can be connected.
3. An external lockout sensor can be connected (E.g. Water flow sensor) which will stop all control and dosing from the Dosetronic.

pH Probe Suction Cup

The pH probe suction cup secures the pH Probe to the side of the nutrient tank. This stops the pH probe from floating and possibly being damaged due to movement of the solution. The suction cup is fitted onto the barrel of the pH probe by twisting it into position.
